Meduloc closed a $4M Series B on August 6, 2026. GenHenn Capital led. Life Sciences Greenhouse Investments, Ben Franklin Technology Partners of Southeastern Pennsylvania, Broad Street Angels and former Dodgers player Andre Ethier also invested.
The Meduloc Intramedullary Fracture Fixation System is a flexible nitinol implant placed inside the bone canal. It is a sterile, single-use system for upper and lower extremity long-bone fractures in adults and children. FDA cleared it under K250316 on October 29, 2025, a traditional 510(k) with product code JDW. President and CEO Sarah Sachinis said the money funds a controlled alpha launch beginning in early August, clinical evidence and commercial infrastructure. Four million dollars is a small Series B for orthopedics. A controlled alpha launch is the right-sized use for it.
