Microbot Medical said it will have Liberty in 12 US sales territories by the end of 2026. The company laid the plan out at an analyst meeting in New York on September 24 and published it the next day.

Liberty is a single-use, remotely operated robot for peripheral endovascular work, cleared by FDA in September 2025. Microbot signed a first California customer and is adding accounts in North Carolina. It hired three area sales managers and a regional sales director. Value analysis committee reviews at the target health systems run four to six months.

A second manufacturing line is going in, and the company expects positive gross margins in 2027. It put CE marking in late Q4 2026 or early Q1 2027 and called distribution talks in Asia and the Middle East advanced.

Twelve territories is a small footprint for a robot cleared a year ago, and the four to six month committee cycle explains most of it. Clearance set the start date, hospital purchasing sets the slope.
