Cedars-Sinai Intellectual Property Company and inQB8's existing investors participated. The company spun out of inQB8 Medical Technologies as a standalone business in late 2025. TVARC, the Transcatheter Valved Aortic Root Conduit, is a single permanent implant. It combines a bioprosthetic aortic valve, an ascending aortic graft and Chameleon Eye coronary perfusion ports, delivered through a transfemoral catheter. The target is disease of the aortic root and ascending aorta, including dissections and aneurysms, which today means open-heart surgery. The seed money funds development through first-in-human use. Twelve million dollars gets a valved conduit to a first patient. A Series A will have to come before any IDE.
