Average active sales territories reached 40, up from 22.5 a year earlier. Territory count is the constraint on a company selling a therapy one implant at a time.
The company also said its paired vagus nerve stimulation therapy was added to the updated 2026 American Heart Association stroke recovery guideline. Vivistim is FDA-approved for chronic ischemic stroke survivors with moderate to severe upper extremity impairment. Guideline inclusion is what a payer conversation runs on.
