Edwards Lifesciences reported $1.72B of third quarter sales, up 10.5 percent. TAVR brought in $1.24B, up 8 percent. Transcatheter mitral and tricuspid therapies reached $207M on an adjusted basis, up 44 percent.

The company raised its 2026 constant currency growth forecast to about 11.5 percent, from a range of 10 to 11 percent. That is the third raise this year. The TMTT outlook moved to $780M to $790M, from $760M to $780M.

At TCT 2026 Edwards presented PROGRESS, which showed Sapien 3 superior to clinical surveillance in patients with moderate aortic stenosis and at-risk features. CMS issued a final national coverage determination during the quarter extending coverage to asymptomatic severe aortic stenosis. That follows the April 2025 label expansion built on EARLY TAVR.

The TMTT line matters more than the TAVR line for structural heart startups. A 44 percent growth rate on a $207M quarterly base marks a market still being built, which is where incumbents tend to pay for a pipeline rather than a predicate.
